This was our first experience of river cruising and we were not disappointed. Out cruise director Long gave us good briefings every day for our trips. The food was excellent and 3 meals a day with wine for lunch and dinner was very adequate. In fact I was on a Weight Watcher’s diet and the maitre d’ gave us the week’s menus so we could tick our choices. I was surprised when I arrived home I had only put on .2 kg in 2 weeks holiday! Asian food is very healthy. We were on B deck so easy access to the restaurant. Our cabin was fine with a balcony and quite a large bathroom with shower. We enjoyed cruising on the Mekong and visiting villages, markets and schools. The shows at night made a pleasant interlude and the on deck small swimming pool was a pleasant addition. Everything was so well organised and on time with no hiccups at all. A memorable holiday.

We did the 7 night cruise from Ho Chi Minh to Seam Reap and had the most enjoyable time with the side tours and the attention to detail on board the ship. The food was remarkable with plenty of choices and plenty of options. The crew on board are to be commended on their service both in the dining area and the accommodation. So many highlights during the tours including Angkor Wat.

The staff and small ship was perfect. Small groups allowed us to take the off ship excursions at an easy pace (all included in price). The next days schedule was provided in the evening so we were well prepared. Our guides were easy to understand and very personable, giving us the area history and their own stories of living in their country. The buffet meals were excellent. We absolutely LOVED the staff....they made and immediate effort to know our names and called us by name each time they served or met us. This trip was on my bucket list and it certainly fulfilled my expectations. It was a great value for the money.
